List yourself as a host on /guest before you can request swaps on other listings. That keeps the board reciprocal instead of one-way outreach spam.

Once you have an active host listing (or an accepted swap on your record), you can send requests.

Browse hosts, send a short message, and include niche fit. Hosts see requests in the dashboard inbox and can accept or reject.

Accepting starts the real-world swap — SEOheist does not publish guest posts for you.

When available, we suggest title ideas and a rough match percentage from niche signals. Treat them as prompts, not guarantees of traffic or rankings.

Ghosting after accept, bait listings, or spammy blast requests can get you restricted. Keep niches honest and deliver what you promise.
