Terms of Service

1. The service

SEOheist.lol provides a free (or freemium) platform for site listings, tracked redirects, guest-post coordination, SEO micro tools, scoring, and badge embeds. Features may change, break, or be retired without notice.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, search rankings, click volume, or that any listing will remain live.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms or the Rules, including spam submissions, fraud, or abuse of rate limits.

One human, one primary account. Creating farms of accounts to game coins, referrals, or scores is prohibited.

3. Listings and content

You represent that you own or control the domains you submit, and that titles, descriptions, and tags are accurate and lawful.

We may refuse, flag, ban, or remove listings (including marking domains dead) for spam, policy violations, or technical failures.

You grant SEOheist a non-exclusive license to display your submitted listing data, generate related pSEO pages (e.g. alternatives / vs / best-tools-for), and show public scores associated with your sites.

4. Coins, scores, and badges

Heist Coins are virtual credits for use inside SEOheist only. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may be adjusted if we detect fraud or errors.

Heist Score is a computed metric. Live and stored (hourly) values may differ briefly. Badge SVGs and leaderboard positions can change as data updates.

Embedding a badge does not guarantee Kingpin status until our verification process confirms the embed on your domain.

5. Tracking redirects

The /go/[slug] endpoint records rate-limited clicks and may award coins. Circumventing rate limits, using bots, or generating fake traffic voids rewards and may result in bans.

6. Guest swaps and tools

Guest Post Swap is a coordination feature between users. SEOheist is not a party to your editorial agreements and is not liable for unpaid work, content quality, or disputes between hosts and requesters.

Tools under /tools are provided for convenience. Output may be incomplete (for example, JavaScript-rendered pages). Use professional judgment before making production changes.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the Rules. Prohibited uses include malware, phishing, illegal content, scraping that harms the service, or attacking infrastructure.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOheist and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost rankings, or lost data arising from use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to zero currency — the service is offered without paid subscription fees at this time — or the minimum amount required by applicable law if a floor applies.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
